  4. This upgrade fixes a number of mostly minor bugs reported since the public
  5. release of 1.00. The only significant change in this release is the
  6. message-base locking scheme. The new locking system is much tighter, and
  7. will be supported in the forthcoming releases of FrontDoor 2.01 and
  8. TosScan 1.10 - Silver Xpress and XRS already support it, making possible
  9. simultaneous message base access by any combination of these products.

  12.         * An updated version of RAEXIT, to correctly handle the
  13.           EXITINFO.BBS conversion.

  15.         * An updated version of AVTCONV which fixes a number of
  16.           minor problems in the 1.00 release.

  18.         * An updated verison of RANODE which fixes a bug present
  19.           since it's original release.
  20.  
  21.         * Text not properly wrapping at the user's end when in
  22.           chat mode.
  23.  
  24.         * "Free" files sometimes being recorded in the user's daily
  25.           download record.

  27.         * The cursor remaining visible when the screen blanker
  28.           was activated.
  29.  
  30.         * The incremental name search not working properly in USERED.
  31.  
  32.         * An extra line being inserted in the full screen message
  33.           header when all netmail attributes were enabled.

  35.         * Users kilobyte upload record sometimes not being updated
  36.           correctly.

  38.         * When SNOOP mode was disabled, page pausing would not
  39.           work properly.

  41.         * CTRL-X would not work properly when entering a password.

  43.         * RA would not properly display a black on black AVATAR

  55.           a questionnaire file.

  60.         * BADFILES.CTL checking not working properly with Zmodem

  63.         * The ONCEONLY textfile would not be displayed to new users.

  65.         * User's date of birth was not displayed anywhere; it's now
  66.           viewable on the F2 status bar.

  68.         * RA would not check netmail credit when a user did a
  69.           netmail reply to an echomail message.

  71.         * RA would not allow a user to select any message areas for
  72.           combined mode access if area 200 combined access was
  73.           disabled.

  75.         * Path and drive qualifier information was not being stripped
  76.           properly from user-supplied upload file names.

  79.           user's stacked key buffer but didn't.

  98.         * Fixed a problem with the screen blanker. The status bar
  99.           would only blank if RA was in 25 line mode.

  102.           and message text.

  104.         * Fixed the list archive filename stuff. Extensions are
  105.           no longer mandatory, and it aborts gracefully if the
  106.           user enters a blank filename.

  108.         * Fixed a problem in the full screen message reader
  109.           which caused the text window to scroll before the text
  110.           reached the end of the defined screen length if the
  111.           user's screen length was greater than the local
  112.           physical screen length.

  114.         * A file marked as FREE no longer increments the user's
  115.           number of files downloaded record.
  116.  
  117.         * Aborted uploads are now automatically removed.
  118.  
  119.         * Fixed a small cosmetic bug with the number of days until
  120.           subscription expiry textfile control code.

  122.         * RA now honours security and flag settings when a menu
  123.           template command with a literal value is encountered.
  124.  
  125.         * Fixed a small cosmetic problem with long names in
  126.           the userlist.

  128.         * The 'continue' prompt no longer ignores characters
  129.           entered while the prompt is being displayed.
  130.  
  131.         * Cleaned up and recoded a fair bit of the IEMSI
  132.           negotiation stuff; it should be a lot more robust
  133.           now.

  135.         * RA did not properly restore the CTRL-BREAK interrupt
  136.           vector when a memory-swapped shell was executed. This
  137.           has been fixed.
